Who we are
BANCFORD is a private investment house with roots in California real estate. We acquire, hold, and steward real assets on behalf of our partners and ourselves.
We are not a brokerage, a lender, or a fund marketed to the public. We are owners. Our capital sits beside our partners' capital, and our horizon is measured in decades.
The firm is deliberately small. We believe discipline is easier to keep when there are fewer rooms in the house.
