BANCFORD
BANCFORD is a private investment house. It exists to own well: to acquire real assets and select private holdings, and to hold them with care over long periods.
The House is principal-led. Its capital is its own, its judgment is its own, and its relationships are formed deliberately. We do not raise capital from the public, and we do not market investments.
We prefer to be understood through what we own and how we conduct ourselves.

Founder and Principal
[Principal biography, three to four approved sentences: prior experience in California residential and commercial real estate before BANCFORD, areas of responsibility, and the decision to establish the House.]
The experience described here precedes BANCFORD. The House’s own holdings are not published.
We make our own decisions. Each acquisition is considered on its merits, underwritten with care, and undertaken only when we are prepared to own it for a long time.
Ownership carries responsibility: to the assets themselves, to the people who occupy and depend on them, and to the partners who place their trust in us. We attend to these responsibilities directly.
Our relationships are few and private. Where a conversation is warranted, it begins with correspondence.
